Who tends to fit
You have done serious work in deep tech or industrial automation. You have sold things that are complicated, expensive, and take a long time to close. You know the difference between a customer who is genuinely interested and one who is just collecting vendor meetings. You can switch fluently between engineering precision and floor level pragmatism. You do not condescend in either direction. You are at a point in your career where you would rather build something real than optimize for the next title bump. You understand equity and you are comfortable with the risk reward calculus of a founding role.
