Mission

Head of Growth

Noida, UP, India Full TimeFounding Leadership

We are Xolver. We are building the Control Spine for the physical world. This includes robotics foundation models, deterministic enforcement layers, and embedded runtimes. We build the infrastructure that lets machines and humans share the same space without one killing the other.

Why this role matters

We are at the very beginning. That is not a warning. That is an invitation to build the category-defining layer of physical intelligence.
Xolver / Infrastructure for Autonomy

Role Context

What this role actually is.

You are not a Head of Growth who inherits a pipeline, a playbook, and a team of SDRs. You are the person who writes the playbook from scratch, throws it away when the market tells you it is wrong, and then writes a better one. This is a 0 to 1 role. You will go into plants, factories, and boardrooms where people have never heard of physical intelligence and you will make them feel the urgency of it. You will close deals that do not have a formal category yet. You will be the bridge between our engineers (who speak in tensors and latency budgets) and plant managers who just need the line to stay up. Some days you will be doing the most important work of your career. Other days you will be on a flight to a city you have never heard of to troubleshoot a pilot that is half working or to manage a procurement cycle that was supposed to close three months ago. Both of those days are the job.
Scope of Work

The Actual Work.

01

GTM from zero

Define and own the global go-to-market for robotics foundation models and edge devices. No template exists so you must build it.

02

Pilot architecture

Translate what you learn in the field (the real pain, not the polished RFP) directly into our engineering roadmap. You are the highest quality signal we have.

03

Partnerships that matter

Win trust with Robotics OEMs and System Integrators who have heard every AI pitch and are tired of all of them.

04

Full cycle ownership

Manage everything from the first conversation to production deployment. You do not hand off. You see it through.

05

Narrative leadership

The story of physical AI is not written yet. You will write it for enterprise leaders, investors, and the industry press in plain language.

06

Procurement endurance

Complex, slow, and political enterprise cycles are your arena. You know how to move inside them without losing yourself.

07

Feedback loop

You ensure that what we build is solving problems people will actually pay for. If we are wrong, you say so loudly and immediately.

Who tends to fit

You have done serious work in deep tech or industrial automation. You have sold things that are complicated, expensive, and take a long time to close. You know the difference between a customer who is genuinely interested and one who is just collecting vendor meetings. You can switch fluently between engineering precision and floor level pragmatism. You do not condescend in either direction. You are at a point in your career where you would rather build something real than optimize for the next title bump. You understand equity and you are comfortable with the risk reward calculus of a founding role.

What we expect

  • A demonstrated track record of leading growth in deep tech, robotics, or industrial automation.
  • Experience closing high ticket hardware or complex systems to enterprise customers.
  • The ability to extract product requirements from customer pain rather than from feature lists.
  • Strategic discipline to pivot on field feedback without losing the thread of the larger vision.
  • Physical Presence: We build physical devices in Noida. You must be in the building working alongside the hardware team. The line between sales and product does not exist here.
