1. About Xolver

Xolver provides software systems for physical intelligence, including perception, reasoning, control, and orchestration layers that operate in real-world environments.

Xolver does not manufacture hardware unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement. Our services may integrate with third-party hardware, sensors, systems, or platforms.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You may use the services only if:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• You are using the services on behalf of an organization you are authorized to represent

3. Scope of Services

• Process sensor or system inputs
• Generate interpretations, recommendations, or control signals
• Support automation, monitoring, or decision-making workflows

Xolver systems may refuse actions, halt execution, or escalate to human oversight by design. Xolver does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or suitability for all environments unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to comply with applicable laws, ensure inputs are obtained lawfully, and maintain appropriate human oversight over physical systems. You must not attempt to bypass safety mechanisms or reverse engineer the services.
